TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clear terms. Fewer surprises.

Using the apps, managing access, and understanding the risks.

Seller and testing status

Mac Utility operates Mac Utility Kit from Wayanad, Kerala, India. Contact [email protected]. The full postal business address and final commercial policy details are being confirmed before paid launch.

The website is in testing. Paid purchases and public installer downloads remain closed until the required release, payment and policy checks are complete. These terms describe the intended service and the responsibilities that apply to any authorized testing. Final seller/address, refund and applicable jurisdiction details must be confirmed before paid launch.

Accounts and permitted use

Keep your account and API keys secure. Use the apps only on systems, files and accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the commands, changes, connections and content you choose. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, bypass access controls or interfere with systems. We may restrict access for abuse, security incidents or verified payment disputes, subject to applicable law.

App actions, backups and AI results

Review actions before confirming them and keep independent backups. Deleting or moving images, terminating processes, changing environments, and sending commands or data to connected services can interrupt work, remove data or affect third-party systems. Port Killer can stop a process with unsaved work; a selected port or process may belong to another app.

AI classifications, similarity suggestions and other generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check results before relying on them, especially before deleting files or taking consequential action. Tools and monitoring do not replace your judgment, permission checks or backups. We do not promise automatic recovery of deleted files or interrupted work.

Monthly plans and private offers

Image Manager and Harbor are separate monthly subscriptions, each currently priced at $15 internationally or ₹1,500 in India, before applicable checkout tax. Port Killer is free. The final checkout must show the app, currency, total, renewal amount and applicable offer before you authorize payment.

Private coupons apply only to their specified app, recipient/customer limit, expiry, percentage and number of monthly cycles. A 1–99% discount applies for the stated cycles, then the standard monthly price resumes. Each payment must succeed. A 100% offer grants the stated period without a card or automatic paid renewal; you choose a paid plan afterward. Revoking a code stops new claims and does not rewrite already-granted access. Coupons cannot be stacked.

Cancellation, access and refunds

Cancel renewal in your account. Access continues until the paid period ends; provider confirmation completes the renewal change. Check its status and contact [email protected] if it remains pending. Removing an ended plan from your workspace does not delete billing history.

Only verified paid service periods activate paid access; a return from checkout alone does not. Refunds or payment disputes can change access while reviewed. Contact support with the app and payment reference for billing errors or refund requests. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule: applicable consumer, withdrawal, conformity and refund rights remain available. The final commercial refund process and any required immediate-supply consent will be confirmed before purchases open.

Availability, third parties and monitoring

Features depend on your Mac, OS permissions, networks and connected providers. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every configuration or error-free results. Third-party services have their own terms and availability; you remain responsible for authorizing connections and following their rules.

We record billing, account-access operations, coupon/key changes and technical job/health information as described in our Privacy policy. These records help support and security investigations; they are not continuous supervision of your Mac, a backup service or a guarantee that every misuse, failure or loss will be detected or prevented.

Responsibility and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your unauthorized or unlawful use, actions outside our control, or your choice to disregard clear warnings or backup instructions. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, business interruption or loss of opportunity, where the law permits that exclusion.

These limits are not a blanket exclusion of responsibility for our own service. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where it cannot be excluded, or any other liability the law does not allow us to limit. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for defective or non-conforming digital products/services are preserved. No liability cap or foreign exclusive court requirement is imposed by this testing draft.

Changes and getting help

We may update the service and these terms, with notice and any choices required by law for material changes to an existing subscription. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Contact [email protected] for complaints, access, cancellation or billing help. Applicable mandatory protections continue to apply; final commercial terms will identify the seller's full address and applicable dispute arrangements before paid launch.
